the 92 also has aggressive NA profile camshafts and hi compression.

get a 93 or 94 block, put a 93 twin cam head on it. get it running. do a turbo conversion after.

Paulie you taken a picture yet of the turbo?? :p

This is really a no brainer thread....

oh yea, cause thats legal ><
lol

Not sure about now but back when I was on my P's (2 years ago) I was driving round in a v8 :D Probably the only good thing about SA.. EDIT: mind you the v8 was stock, not some crazy v8 lancer sh*t.

As for dropping a LS7 into a Lancer... I think the legality of it would be the least of your problems. Even if it did fit, which it wouldnt, you would get such massive torque steer you would be all over the place, not to metion the effed up weight distribution.

The Jap Dismantlers here in Adelaide are selling a 6a12 Mivec for $1,250 with no gear box if anyone is interested.

thats how it should be. Off my Ps now, but I'm sure my *poo*box 1 tonner(253 v8) would have significantly less guts than my v6 ecotec....where is the logic.

As far as im concerned if youre an ass you can kill yourself (and others) in any car, not just a high powered one. Unfortunately no amount of road hours or training can solve stupidity, however everyone has to suffer coz of a few retards.

Here in SA we do have it good. My mate has been driving an s14 since he got his Ps. I used to have a V8 soarer on my Ps and two other mates had TT soarers. The only laws brought in were concerning v12 Mercs and Turbo 911's and to that I ask which P plater has enough money for cars that cost as much as a house so that you actually need to bring in this sort of law???

mod should close, question has been answered, only copping stupid out of this world suggestions that are purely trolls
I'm going with the 4G93, and upgrading from there. Final

Just wondering if a JDM 4G63-GE Dohc 2.0L 16 Valve from a Galant, 1994 or 92 will fit in my CE lancer coupe??
