the metal clips are for both the bonnet protector and the weathershield form my understanding

why is there metal clips on the bonnet protector? its only 2 plastic clips on the ends of the connect protector that stops them from moving and then its two bolts that actually hold it down.

btw, is there an update whethere there are the double sided tape or the metal clip edition? (for the weather shields)

all I know about the weather shields is that they sit inside the frame, so I'm going to assume metal clips are what hold that into place.

Now the bonnet protectors I really do not know too much about at all, I was told they are available for the colt (what they call the mirage over in the UK) but there is still a fair bt more planning that needs to be done, I generally talk to the guy once a day so I'll try and get everything answered the next time we speak
 
See if you can get a picture of the Heko bonnet protector from old mate ColtUK.

If $50ea I'll take 2 sets of weathershields for sure.
 
MORE UPDATES WOO YAY WOO~!

Okay so a few things, some good and some bad,
The bad news first, it turns out that me and the guy from Colt UK got lost in translation over the bonnet protectors as he assumed I was talking about all 'colts', so they unfortunately only do them for the 2004+ mitsubishi colt 3 door and not the model we are looking for, sorry guys :/ though however, they do have the bonnet bra's over there that he can add to the bundle of stuff, it is not the same I know but at least it is something I suppose.

NOW GOOD NEWS TIME!
We will be taking actual orders hopefully within the next few days, my guy from ColtUK is still waiting to hear back from Heko about a bulk buy deal, i'll try and get him to even attempt calling them for a more direct reply.
