Waddup yall,

So I am sure most of you have seen the Team Heko weather shields around, if you have liked ColtUK on good old facey B they tend to have them on there, they can also be seen on John's and Matty's coupes. pics below.

They also do bonnet protectors for the mirage/coupe but I can't for the life of me find a picture

Now with these the problem is that they can only be purchased in the UK, with on the rare occasion that they can show up on ebay for the UK but then it all depends if they actually want to ship them here, so here is what I have lined up.

I have gotten in contact with some of the admins over at ColtUK and asked them if they can help us out, not only getting these but some other goodies as well that we can't get here, so this has the potential to open up a lot of doors for us which I think is pretty damn cool, but for now, I am just trying to get these organised.

so far it looks like a set of these are gonna be about $50, but obviously that won't be final until more gets sorted out, but still it is better than the price for the HIC weather shields which cost $70.

I am hoping to have at least 5 people saying they are keen for the first order, then I will see what I can do from there.

So, who's down?

daaamn pretty sure i payed around $100 for my last set of heko's so this is a mad deal. i'd be in at that price. do you know if they are the wedge in clip type or the double sided tape type?

I assume that they would be wedge, as I know that it probably wouldn't be double sided tape as they aren't the ones that stick onto the door frame

I'm definitely in last time I tried to get a set of Heko's it was gonna be about $110 and then they dissapeared off ebay.

Thats because that guy was making profit,
Doesnt bother me though, atleast i got them lol

Nice find man!

I bought mine second hand, alright condition for 60 kajanga's so this would be a great find.

Curious/interested in bonnet protector. If you could get a cost?

Keep in mind how fragile these will be, being shipped to Australia from Europe. Also might be worthwhile to see if you can get in touch with the Polish manufacture of the visors and work out a buy from them, cause theyre hesitant as fk to ship singles to australia

Well, considering we could potentially be purchasing a fair few bits and pieces as a group buy. I'm sure we could all fork out a tad more for an export grade wooden crate, and some proper packaging. Even at Australian rates crate supply is pretty cheap. Heat treat from the manufacturer reduces need to fumigation for sea freight also.

Ever seen crates/pallets stacked on crates/pallets stacked on crates/pallets? My concern for you guys is that no amount of fragile stickers will stop someone from hitting/dropping/stomping/putting other items on top/etc on the visors, which come in a cardboard box and could get damaged. All well and good, but you'd need to spend a little more on extra padding as well just to be sure.

Specify top load only, do not stack. Shock watch label on the side. Could even insure CIF to seaport.

All in all if there is enough people in the buy would still be substantially cheaper at $50 AUD a set. Even with the extra's needed to ensure a safe transit, spread over all buyers. It could still be a worthwhile pursuit. But crunching the numbers would be your first move indeed.

Someone had to have done it to get the ones that are floating around in circulation now?

I contacted Team Heko through email around a year ago regarding purchasing 15 sets of deflectors, sent a few emails in both English and google translated Polish and never got a response :(
