I'm doing orange dash lights with blue indicators and orange a/c cluster lights.

so i just bought:

12 x (2 six packs) of Orange T10's

10 x Orange T5's

4 x Blue T10's (for my indicators, just bought an extra two in case.)

Total: $23

I won't get them til between the 2nd January to the 21st though.. sucks !!! lol pretty excited though :) will have my new speakers and headset on Monday (my 18th birthday) too :) and 6 weeks til I get my custom number plates :D

Could you hook me up with where you bought your lights from? I asked a mate and he said for the full set up I want, it'd cost me around $50-60 down at the local SuperCheap Auto
Not too keen on that when I know/have heard you can get it for half that, like you did

Buy them from china on ebay. Can get 20x lights for like $7. A quarter wont work and another quarter will blow quickly but still leaves you with 10.

All up mine was roughly $23.. Still a high price but it was the best I could get for the colour I wanted.

I want blue indicators, you could use blue milk bottle caps, which I will but I'm also using blue LED's. You'll only need two but I bought 4 for spares.

If you're doing your a/c cluster as well, you'll only need about 4 T5's.

For the dash cluster you should get more than you need (for spares.) I got 12 T10's and 10 T5's all up. I'm sure if you were doing a different colour it would be cheaper, but I really had to search around for orange ones. Blue is pretty common so it's probably cheaper to get. Get me off eBay, just search (colour) T5 SMD LED's and obviously the same again but with T10.

Make sure you know you're buying the right ones and that they're 12V. I came across some 14V ones and almost bought them, lol.

Also, if you can find a cheap pack that's like $4 for 5 LED's, id get 3 packs just coz it's cheap. You want as many spares as possible.

The good thing about getting the lights online is that they're cheap. The only downside to it, is that it's gonna take at least two weeks to be delivered, if not more because it's peak time of the year for postage services.

I probably repeated my post on the kind of lights you'll need so sorry about that. Just didn't want you to get the wrong ones. :p lol
