Cesario, that parcel shelf looks epic with the big speaker mounts!

I would love to do that too, replacing the all plastic panel back there.. but then going one step more and making it flow and covering the whole lot in contrasting stitched black suede... ah to dream!
 
some of mine the last pics you guys will see of it looking like this as im fibreglassing 4 speakers into the parcel shelf redoing the rear seat and doing the dash and a few other bits and pieces

well th eonly part really that gets hot straight away is the glass. the metal frame takes a while before its hot.
in saying that, when it gets hot, its hot! lol
but i dont intend on ever having them on for ages
 
hey citta, when u bought your interior did it already have the slots for the lights? or did u do this yourself? and how much clearance do u have between the lining and roof?
 
led = win, less>no heat less power usage also, altho i dont think it botheres them too much tryg, and i'll admit i would rather have a halogen light glowy colour light than a stark led white
they need to make leds that make a warmer coloured light, (and if they do already then i wanna kno who sells them)
 
just a quick question for interior help, what is the best lights to illuminate the footwells?

what have people used and can some people post some pictures? cheers
 
^^^white neons/ led tubes work well, altho in reality any sort of light bulb would be good

what sort of light colour are u after? nice warm yellow halogen light or a crisp white led shine>?

you could put a 32mm festoon bulb in each footwell, be it led or halogen depending on light type ur after
white led/neon tubes ofcourse (but they are more expencive for the same effect)
even 2x T10 bulbs... or a reverse light bulb...

possabilities are very broad
