How low are Lows and Super Lows

Disconnecting sway bar is more work than jacking the centre and puttin it on two stands. Plus then you can do left an right in one hit :)

I never assume people have all the tools I do.. hence why some of us explain other methods..

undoing the top hat nuts might be hard. I wasn't able to do it with the tools I had at home so took it to a shop to swap the springs over for me.

Cc has 2 different sway bar set ups. 1 most common is attached to the lower front control arms. The other is the Evo 3 style where they attach to the strut tower.

Where can i find the DIY for spring change? i cant seem to find it. I switched my fronts to super lows last weekend and now i want to do my back pair. Is the back tricky at all? had a little look today and seems pretty easy. Any tips?

no you didnt.

i have the exact king super lows you linked from ebay.
they are good but bouncy.. i also have a body kit and no scraping issues.
the only thing i can reccommend is, go to a mechanics and check your shocks and how much life they have left.
if they are nearly gone, you are better off getting coilovers. it will end up saving you money. i know how you feel, i saw the $250 for springs and got all excited, but its not that simple. if shocks are gone its another 250, then to compress urself its 50 + wheel alignment. if you get it done professionaly, they can charge anywhere around 50/corner.
our sponsors coils are the way to go imo.

Alright, so if I put superlows on, and put MR sideskirts, rear and front lip on, it will be the legal 10cm height still? just for reassurance ;)

and with 15 inch wheels, they wont scrub?

youll be fine for legal requirements mate. just slightly uncomfortable

go for the same brand if you can, or shocks to suit lowering springs. but imo if you are changing the shocks aswell, you might as well go for coils coz theres not much of a price difference, but there is a comfort and life difference.
if you're certain of springs and shocks, then get them installed at the same time as it will save time and money.
im just running on normal shocks and lowered springs. but they will die alot quicker than coilovers

the reason im promoting coils is coz they are adjustable. comfort, camber, and height. so if you have any problems you can sort them out through the suspension. with shocks and springs you cant adjust them, so if you any issues with being too low or scrubbing, you either have to pump the guards or get different springs/wheels
