contemplating on a CH, got several questions

Stay away from the autoslush box, slight delay in them yet ok for DD. Haven't really been a fan of mitsu autos though

when you say slight delay, is it when you step on the accelerator or when it shifts up?

vr4 guys have installed massive oil coolers to keep the temp down, and in return, gear changes are a lot smoother and more direct and expected (term seems to be escaping me at this stage)

also, do you guys user ATF with SPIII since its tiptronic or just the typical Dexron II/III?

I've never topped up cause there was no need to, only serviced it thru Mitsu. Normally it's ATF SPIII for the 2.4L and ELC 4 - SP3 for 2.0L (according to Gregory's).

Sorry. But. You did say you need an auto. And they are all trying to persuade you the other way. Just tryna help keep it auto :p

well gf used to drive manual..

her eyes got bad and stopped driving.. and its been 6 or so years now..

That's fair enough

I have one eye and drive manual, but then I am male so there's a pride thing there. Also I've never really driven auto except maybe three or four times and I got confused by lack of clutch pedal

I do understand you and other's point of view with why I should go for a manual

I already have a play car and if my CE didn't get hit, I'd still be aiming for it to get better economy even though it was constantly getting 6L/100kms..

once I get back from my trip, I'll decide then..

Im back and still haven't decided...

but I think I may have narrowed it down more..

not caring if its not a 5 stud..

as long as its got the following....

- power windows (but so far I haven't seen 1 without them)
- 2.4L
- Auto with Tip
- Dark Grey, Black or White

just to add another question, anyone here using evo 7/8/9 on their CH?
