4G15 > 4G93 / 94

Not to bad on the prices, are they in australia or imports, and im guessing the boxes nead to be sort after still...

theyre prices for here in Adelaide!, would any of thoes engines fit in a lancer without any mods? and use my current gearbox? :S

evo 1 to 3 will not go.fto will, would be nice to do that one, twin turbo but

you got the 4g15 right, i don't think so but the 4g93t would prob be the easiest to install.

yeh but the 6A13DETT is pretty farkn cheap :S so like should figure out what would need to change in order to make that fit in the car?

twin turbo lancer that would be cool. mind sharing where you sorced those prices

Wouldn't need turbo on the FTO motor. With a good intake, exhaust and hook up an aftermarket ECU or Piggyback ECU and get it dyno tuned and the thing will fly! (oh and these have been put in CEs before and it goesin quite easily from what I've heard)

I doubt you could fit the turbo setup in the CEs bay, but in anycase you dont turbo the MIVEC FTOs, the non-MIVEC FTO motors are stronger and more suitable for turbo-ing I've been told...

Evo 1-2-3, GSR and RVR wont fit in the CE as the CC Engines had different orientations. ie. 180 degrees

Your best bet would be looking for either a 4G63T out of a evo 4-5-6-6.5, or a 4G93T out of a GSR EVO (NZ and Japan only) as these 2 engines are a fairly drop in affair. You need to change engine mounts and g/box mounts + lock the AWD box to FWD (or use the FWD box) + wire it all up

Ask Sam how much it cost him for his full 4G93T conversion and go from there

6A13DETT Legnum manual
$3000

....so that wont work in my car?

It will but theres lots of *fudge*ing around (lots more then the '93t or the '63t) Do a search on the interwebs and see if theres a DIY for the v6 conversion

most people convert them to a single turbo don't they?
depends on the use of the car, but if ppl wanted to go fast doubt they would go this way, its more of somthin different. if you want power go the 63 or even down to the 93t

Well the last i heard they converted it to a larger single turbo for the saving of space.

perhaps, think twins go small for down low and the bigger turbo is for higher ur the revs, dont hold me to it
