Coilovers

My understanding is sway bars are under the car and strut as in the name connect to the top of the strut tower both front and rear ones
 
yeah thats it

strutbars help front/rear flex by trianulation
swaybars help minimize body roll
 
All body braces (from my understanding) help prevent warping or flexing of the chassis.

x2, braces stop the chassy from bending, and swaybars help stop the suspension lifting/flexing= keep it flat
but all is useless unless you have good springs+shocks/coils, as the roll starts in the shock+spring, the stiffer the shock+spring combo the flatter the car will be in combo with braces and sways
there is also bushings like the W.A.L.K* that change the geometry of the front control arms adding a tiny bit of camber and some caster which helps keep handling in check that extra bit

all these mods you want to do that you have mentioned above will void factory waranty especially with the tune if you stuff your sst trans and you have a tune mitsu will not cover it just about any mod you do to the car is illegal . all the mods i have done i have let my insurance company know about them and they have not said that are illegal as long as you let them know you are covered as far as i am awear. nothing wrong with coilovers i run them and they are great i'll never go back to lowered springs. just my thuoghts.
 
What about those adjustable sleeve kits from ebay, they just replace the springs your current springs and you can tune the high/rebound to your requirements?
or are they just asking for trouble?

Try them, i would be interested to see how they fair, but i wouldnt go putting them in your track evo.
