WTB Cheapest coilovers possible

simple fact car for another 8 months. don't waste time or money on coilovers/mods money spent will be lost.
for resell buy king lows and some kyb struts to fix suspension problems.
coilovers are good but not so good for re-sell in these cars. you gain no extra money for it.
they are designed for track work not street/daily driving as such. unless you like to have a good hoon or actually do go to the track.
why waste money that you could spend elsewhere on more important things.

im selling real brand new coilovers for $1100

in saying that, 'cheap' and 'good' cant go in the same sentence with each other.
coilovers at $400 u will only find *poo* with shocks either already leaking or on their way out.

Have a look at the coilover sleeve kits, they go relatively cheap and are 1 way adjustable, dont know how they hold up though

yeah their the ones ive been having issues with the seller. but am now dealing with some one who speaks english lol. when you say one way adjustable what do you mean by that?

also i currently have a set of king springs super lows on stock struts and my issue is with the struts. i would love to be able to lower my car even more and also have really hard suspension for sprints.

2 way coilovers

See how it has an adjustment collar at both the spring base and the the bottom of the thread?

This means its adjustable at 2 points, one which will adjust spring preload, and one that adjusts pure height.

1 way coilovers

Only 1 adjustment collar at the bottom of the spring, it can only adjust the height by adjusting the spring preload. Has no pure height adjustment.

The 1 under the spring adjusts the spring rate, the higher you go the stiffer the spring and ride, the 1 on the bottom is the height of the car
Alot of the coilovers are like this

proton wont fit, u'll need to swao the front strut tops over and use the standard CE ones
or
redrill the strut stops in the lancer to suit.
