upgrading seat advice

Should I upgrade my gli seats to mr seats? Is it a great upgrade or not really?
 
The only real difference between the seats is the MR seats have height adjustability and adjustable head rests. I didn't find them any different to the stock seats beside the extra adjustability. So i sold mine and kept my gli seats that were in better condition.
But if you can get them for a good price it's an alright upgrade.
 
I have GSR seats for sale, comfier than stock seats without a doubt, height adjustable and hold you in your seat a bit better.
 
I have trouble with my MR seats compared to my missus' GLI seats..

IMO with the way they're bolstered and the adjustment it's either your sitting too high or sitting in the back seat, for someone like me that likes it reclined a little but not "I'm a fulleh sick wog boy in a commo" I can't seem to find that sweet spot. I also have slightly longer legs than most so the sweet spot for me means my hands are too far from the steering wheel.

Both seats are really apples vs apples though. I'm considering evo seats just to try and chase that sweet spot.

Spend the coin and go all the way I reckon.
 
the recaros defs lift you up higher in the cab. i too have long legs and short arms but i like to sit up straight while driving

Yeah I have a problem like that. I have long arms so I have to lean the chair back a bit. Not as much as the fulleh sick hektic sc wogs but just a little.

Maybe I'll just stick with my seats and see if I can reupholster them.

Yeah I txtd that guy before. Said he was going to Melbourne and that I had to pick up the stuff by midday the next day. This was 3 weeks ago.

Another question, Why wont evo 8 seats fit? Is it hard to get them to fit as in are there ready made kits or do I have to get them fabricated?

Jokes aside I assume the door trims won't fit a CC but the seats, including the back should?

No, Its all CE stuff. Completely different. Only the front seats would fit a CC
 
Why u want 8's just go 5/6 basically same seat and bolt in no mods

But that's for the seats to fit bride rails, not stock rails. Does anyone have a link or can share their knowledge?

You might be able to try and play around with the rails to get the fronts in, but the rears can be a pain cause I had issues fitting Evo 7 rears in my CH - brackets were different lengths.
