are u a penrith boy?!

Fit a new K&N Filter and drill vent holes on the RHS of the airbox - before it goes through the air filter. This might pick up 1-2 KW. Maybe run a flex pipe from an area where cold air can come in and direct it towards the air box. Spending money on changing CAI design, fibreglass bonnets, cutouts in bonnets, add it all up just to make 1-2 kw extra? Spend the money leave the outside standard to avoid attention and do internal mods that for the same money will get much more of a difference. :)

hens CAI. no fuss. sounds sick.

Hey josh, drilling holes on the RHS of airbox makes the same induction roar as a pipe, pod filter, cut out ? etc

i highly doubt it. have u heard hens CAI?

agreed with joshy, hens CAI's are good stuff, mebe a lil bit on the expencive side cos your paying for his pro skillz
BUT, money asside they are great

and if ur stingy you can always diy one with PVC pipe ;) which makes a really cool noise at hi-rpm

I like the look of the Hens CAI, But how would it go with NSW Police ? They seem to defect everything.

Drilling 1/2 inch holes on the RHS of airbox, and removing the airbox completely makes the same induction noise. Please understand noise might sound great but it doesn't necessarily make power. HENS might make make an awesome product but at what cost? I trying to convey that the more you spend doesn't mean your the fastest, maybe the loudest? Sometimes thing can be done cheaper, neatly and make the same power.

i wasnt planning on spending a s*** load on it... i think if im right that rpw has a CAI kit for $189 which imo sounds like a good price.. its cheap-ish, has all the parts that i need and im fine with that

does hens offer just the pod or does he sell like a kit with pipes and clamp

the hens kit is everything needed
Clamps, piping, backets, joins and pod, i believe even a maf adaptor with the 93 CAI

its a good setup. just not the cheapest
but u get what u pay for. it looks great and performs well

Sound is good to but that can be made from any decent flow intake

nice... will deffinetly be buying that for a starter project and im also gonna get some new brakes to add to that..

should be good

Imo Henry's one would be the one to get so what if its a few extra dollars, first and foremost his product always receive excellent reviews from the ppl who have bought them and i have never read/heard anything but satisfied customers with any products/work he has done which is rare thing these days. Second he is a sponsor on here and speaking from personal experience ( although i never meet the guy only know of him off this site) he is always willing to provide his knowledge and advice on ppls questions, tech difficulties, problems etc from what I've seen which is worth its weight in gold by its self because it could save you a trip to a mechanic or buying rubbish parts that are just a waste of money .
Just my 2 cents.
