power window conversion

ok so i have found the links below, im just not sure what else would be need to complete the conversion?

better off finding every thing from a car that came with it then you get it all and done, looks stock then too
 
yeah true you are right , but sourcing gti/gsr/evo1-3 door cards with power windows still in (driver and pass) can be hard.
 
youll need it from a coupe to fit the door cards. just call around some wreckers or jap imorpts, i paid 250 for every thing needed
 
yeah didnt think bout, so it will have to be m21/satria yeah?
 
Is your car prewired for power windows? If so goto the wreckers and find a proton, I got a drivers side switch for mine for cheap. I need new power winder things like you linked too. But they are easy bolt in.
 
nah the cc lancers didnt come with power windows so it has to all be wired up fresh

its not much different to the m21, but the gti one doesnt do it for me
 
Mine has power windows, though it's a wagon. I swear I've seen em before. Anyway you will need the switches and then either the wiring or do it your self.

remember yours is "technically" a CE :p lol

id probably get somebody else to wire it for me, im no good with wires, few workmates know their way around that area so they could surely lend a hand
 
yeah thats already been posted up elsewhere, good for somebody with a CE looking for power windows, but no good for a CC :p

True that, I wonder what other differences there are between Cc and CE wagons aside front bar.

A coupe should be fairly simple as you only have 2 windows. Have a master circuit for driver. Then run the passenger side in parallel with the master. And Wire the power to the ACC not the on position so you can do the windows when your cleaning the car etc with radio on.
 
You will need Proton M21/Satria door skins and mechanicals, all cc lancers never came with power windows, excepot for GSR and EVO

Make sure you get the door looms also, i got all mine for around $200 from wreckers complete, all i had to do is pay an auto electrician to wire it all up, about $100, i just didnt have time to do it myself
 
I'd love to add power windows to my CC coupe, guess I'll have to check with wreckers and an auto electrician.
Wonder if you can retro fit other switches in the doors, or maybe go European and put the switches in the center console?

Yes I know this thread hasn't been touched in over 2 years.
 
I have a complete power window assembly minus the switch for the passenger door. One of the plugs was cut off but can be soldered back on by an auto elec.
 
Its hard enough finding a CC coupe at the wreckers, Proton's are likely to be harder to come by, but I'll keep an eye out next time I'm there.
