Seats sit low to the floor and cause it's only 2 seats a small suitcase size boot, and a engine bay it can give you heaps of leg room, plus there is nothing in the cabin that doesn't need to be there, cup holders and *poo* are a luxury it does not have (however cup holders can be bought for them haha)

I'll let everyone who wants to have a sit inside and what not, no driving though cause it will be my precious for as long as I can keep it running for. (then new engine :p)

I have just put a deposit on a 2000 model Mirage as my 2001 CE Lancer coupe was T-boned in December. I have a HSV that I have owned for 8 years and like it as I like the shape and the power it has. But the Lancer was more of a daily driver and fun to drive, it was nearly completed to as far as I wanted to take it, as I set a budget to what I wanted to spend and didnt go over it.
So I was on the hunt for another daily, found a few out there some good, some horrid and some over priced for what they were. Found a 2000 Mirage, manual, service history from new, Reg, Roady and only 130K on the clock for 3k. Body is in good condition, some flaws here and there but 13 years old I was expecting some. Interior was immaculate. Comes with new tyres, brakes and service done. Looking forward to transferring some of the good parts from the lancer to the mirage and then I will sell off the remainder of the Lancer.

Nice man! Glad that's working out for you! Sorry to hear about the T-bone though, nobody wants that to happen! Details of it sounded mint and a great deal for 3k! Good luck with the new car mate, hopefully all is well with it once you get it :D
