Need Your Opinion !!

isnt there a wheel offset/lowering thread? i remember posting my old ride in there, check out those threads and look at peoples offset and width and what springs there running to get an idea of the size..

i have superlows. be careful taking the wheels too close to the guards, because my rears tuck. and when i hit bumps, lets just say its not a tight ride. i never scrub, just thinking you might do damage to the tyres against the guards..... +20 is sticking out further than normal, right?

the lower the +XX number is the further they will stick out of the guards stock rims are probs around a +35 or something gay

buy my coilovers. they'll help your stance issues :D

Citta: sounds good to me :p got $1100 i can borrow :p haha nah im kinda broke at the moment ; and im not really keen on spending that much on suspention so meh ; ill get it the best i can with superlows if it looks like HYP 18L car then im happy :) lol also the eyelid thing i did that tonight :) looks alright not bad accualty;

If you want stance, get coil overs. Springs won't be "stancy" enough. As the guys said earlier, get the spacers that are hubcentric, and just slip over the bolts, meaning that the thread for the nut to screw on is less, and the wheels sit out more....

Yeah okay thanks man ; So what im looking for is 4x100 Hubcentric Spacers ? like 20mm etc ?

If you want the stance look youll need coilovers or really hard springs so you dont hit the guard, pretty much the only way to save your rubber/fenders. Camber can be fixed with out coilovers tho.

You'll need custom ones, I'd try hitting up Hens or someone similar...

you'll need hub centric bolt on spacers {not slip ons skip...you mighta meant bolt ons...] of your chosen width. a good pair is a few hundred, and you'll need 4. dont beat around the bush. coilovers and 8+20

there is no other way.

you cant get decent fitment on king springs. you need coilovers to limit the suspension travel.
you cant get decent fitment from any cheap 17x7 rim. you need rim width for tyre stretch and lower offsets so it pokes more

in reallity, give it up till you got the cash, dont try cheap out. it wont look right and if you buy shitty spacers, you're endangering yourself and others

cant stance with superlow springs.
stance/fitment is basically fine tuning coilover height so that wheel fits perfectly flush and has so tiny gap between the rubber/rim and the arch

superlows just arnt enough of a drop, and you wont get it sitting right.

save up and do it right the first time.
with proper offset wheels and coils

This is what you need if you want to run your current wheels.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/ICHIBA-WHEEL ... 475wt_1163

And you will need 2 sets. But check with your insurance provider if they cover bolt on hub centric spacers.

Bet before you jump in you have to look at the back of your wheel, where it mounts on the hub. If they have holes to allow the studs in then you are ok. If they don't then you cant run bolt on spacers.

Take my Evo wheels for example.

You can see on the hub there are extra holes for studs. This is because bolt on spacers replace the standard studs with ones on the spacers. So there may be some extra length in there.

And coilovers.

im the same as you man, bought some wheels almost the same as yours too, then i wanted to go something wider, so i saved for a new set of wheels. u can always sell the ones you have now. also, just wait till your off your p's and buy a turbo 180. you'll regret buying one non turboed

Best way to shock on or off a nut is using an air ratchet gun... is really the only way to get those on/off without causing movement of the strut... grabbing the strut with any kind of tool is not recommended as you could damage the hard-chrome surface.
