I was thinking about painting, but I wasn't sure how good the quality would turn out :/

Have you seen cf painted before?
 
The end result between fc vs fibreglass is exactly the same just need to lightly sand in 500 gritt clean an paint

ahh alright man, do you think I should get it done at a paint shop or just do it myself? (never painted anything to do with cars)
 
Okay so here are those carbon eyelids I was talking about. They just don't look the part when they are cf in my opinion...









So I'm definitely thinking a colour matching is happening. Another little update, should be getting a new cat-back exhaust in a couple of weeks

Looking tuf man - noramally not too much of a fan of the CH but dayum, looking good :thumbup:

Also I agree with Axle - stick with the carbon.

Na you can't get that front lip from Australia, not that I could find at the time anyway..

It's the 03-07 sti lip that pretty much bolts straight onto the CH. I've seen one guy in america who had done it so I thought I'd give it a go.

ahhh well in that case, it looks like the carbon fibre is staying! I'll put them both on in a few days and see how I like it
