low profile 16"

ok so basically im looking to buy some rims off a guy and hes got low profiles on the 16" that i want..

will this affect my speedo cause they would be smaller wheels then the ones i have atm or would i need to buy new tyres

'low profile' means... nothing.

Find out 'the' profile of the tire & compare it to what is listed on the tyre placard: There are countless calculators, just ask google.

Or list it here & someone will say yes or no

that is pretty much the ideal tyre size for a 16 on a lancer, shouldn't throw your speedo out at all.

anyways got a text back saying $550 and they are yours so i was like meh ill take it
 
possibly muhahaha

most likly they will be when i decided to start getting rid of some of my *poo* in the garage
 
Sadly most 205/45/16 tires do not meet the load index requirement of 86, making them unroadworthy.
