4g93t??? swap from 4g15 have stumbled on a lil pot of gold (pokies lol) and planning on taking the lancer off the road to get down to work so thoughts please before i purchase anything thinking a half cut but dont know engine i have been told soo many types and still got no clue in which one to choose ???
 
What is your budget and skill set? 5k might do a 4g93t IF you know what you're doing and IF you do all the work yourself. 4g63 will be a lot more.

hey all was just wondering i have just purchased some cheap king springs and after ringing around to get them fitted and them asking big $$$$$$$ after researching heaps im considering doing it myself the question is if any has done this themselves and run into any snags or problems???
 
the only problem I had was not being able to undo the top hat nut on the front springs to swap the springs over. it just spun the shock. ended up taking to a place and for 50 bucks they swapped them all for me then i just installed myself. there is a DIY on here for this too.

you will need another good $3-4,000 spent to get a turbo setup going, its not just as simple as buying a turbo
have a read thru some of the turbo threads, its a long expencive process
 
Yes.. But you will need to port match it and you may have to wire it slightly
 
Grind the lip of the plenum the inlet manifold so that the hole on it matches The new larger sized throttle body hole
