i just payed 845 bucks for 3rd party insurance with nrama , how much you lot paying i think its just total bs that they charge sooo much

$650 per year for comprehensive, car agreed value at $27,500, with NRMA.

comprehensive would be up around the 1,800 mark, thats what I got quoted... I'm under a company policy, which means all I pay is $200 a year for third party, then once the CH would've been fixed it would've been 600ish...
 
im 23, full lic, no recorded accidents to date
im paying 1200 for full comprehensive, if i was a girl it would be 980, if i was over 25 and a girl it would be 780 - 810 and thats with aami
stupid sexual discrimination :p
only 2 more years and 1 gender swap and i can save oodles of money :D
 
I'm on my p2s nd I pay full comp thru shannans for bout 900 so u just gotta look around nd wit that price ur payin u would b better off full comp but dw cause aami wanted to charge 3000 a year full comp

yeh, im very suprised how prices can vary so much with different places
for instance i was quoted 3200 with shannons, and 4800 with alianz, NRMA was about 1800 and aami was 1200
silly insurance companies!

Sounds like the missus insurance. Only she is a named driver on her dads policy (car is in his name).

I can't remember what I pay, it comes out every month and I don't notice it so it can't be much.
 
mayn.... some of you are gettin punked. i payed 160 a month because i had an accident and i have every mod listed on my insurance. and my girlfriend payed like $700 for full comp to insure a 89 corrola for 3k
 
i pay ~800 with aami for the commodore full comp, probably going to go third party soon though. It was about 270 with gio from memory.
 
got the aurion fully insured that was 1,5k then i cancled it cause i got the rex so got 1,3k back :D
