didnt expect this thread to become a huge flame war :lol: well im thinking of not doing it now anyway.. gonna cf wrap the blade on my evo spoiler and be done with it! , oh and fix the crack.. :?

i was going to get that rear bar but decieded against it because it sticks out so f*cking much!! u can rest ur beer on it thats how much it sticks out!, looks really ugly imo...

not only do i think the rear bar is cool, but usefull too!!!!! always needed somewhere to put my beer while i drive
bars and beer, just seem to go together so well
now u dont have to go so far to have a drink at the bar????

ebay 3m stuff can supply any size sheet
also as far as i kno cf wings are illegal, so the cf wrap is alot better way of staying on the right side of the law and would fool pretty much anyone
altho it might fool the cops into pulling u over thinking u have a cf wing, but meh, i'd still wrap it
can always explain to the cops that its just wrapped fiberglass

CF is not illegal if it was homolgated on that model when coming into Australia. Ergo = it has been tested and found to comply.... do you think they make Porsche owners take off any accoutrements that come standard on their cars !? :lol:
The wrap is very good, though, and super cheap... I like how it looks, it's close enough to fool a lot of 'regular' people (at least for a minute!)

fibreglass is still illegal.
any fibrous material that shatters rather then folds is illegal unless OEM supplied / ADR approved.
so you''ll need to say its plastic with CF wrap....if they do even pull you over for that...which is a one in 14zillion chance
