Kk so engine is stalling at idle and idling really rough and there was a plug and 3 wires on floor under the engine bay I cannot find where they go. 3 wires are red black and yellow (earth power and component) slim wires about 30cm long and small plug. Please and thankyou. Will try to add pic but my phone makes that very hard. If it helps the night before I removed my airbox and stock fuel return line to tidy up engine bay may have knocked it out on Accident. Any ideas? Ill try to upload pic but phone hates me

well im no use if its aftermarket, i know most of the oem plugs, but cant help u on an ecu i know nothing about
i think you may have to pull some parts out of the car and have a more detailed look for the 3 wires it was connected to and what it plugs into

Ok i now feel really stupid. I just worked out that those wires are from sensor on old boost guage that i ripped out... Is there anything that commonly goes wrong with 4g15 motors that causes stalling? Its not fuel pump

Isnt your car boosted?
Check it hasnt got a Vac leak?
Check its not running super rich?
Was the ECU properly tuned?
Did it run crap all of a sudden?
Theres a whole bunch of stuff it could be, especially since its a NA+t engine

usually the throttle position sensor or idle speed controller/sensor die on the 4g15/93 and thaa effects idle the way you are discribing
basically grab a new throttle body with sensors to match the ones u have currently
