I believe that's where the OEM part originated from, they used a third party as the source. A lot of the ones that people snapped up from a SA seller on gumtree that had stock are from there.

That explains why they would have been $180ish AUD for the whole kit

I just made it myself cutting up a VRX grille.

I searched and searched and I'm relatively good at finding this stuff and could not for the life of my source an original, so I thought why not make my own, the VRX grill essentially has the same shape.

Thanks a lot man. It really might be easier for me to source another grille to modify

Another question on this. Is that the part numbers for the assembly, including the fascia plate and the lamp assembly itself? Or is that the part number for the just the lamp?
