I don't think you even used the term correctly, it pertains differently in today's world, where goods are sold at a 'merchantable quality', if you buy unseen...different story. They give us pictures and a chance to communicate about things first... Hence, Caveat Emptor is not really the appropriate term...
So, just because you had a bad experience, that basically means their whole system/site is fraudulent or somehow flawed...?
Don't tell me to chill out, relax or anything else.. certainly, don't get prescriptive saying things like I freaked out or anything else.. You don't need to tell a guy of my age ANYTHING.
