hey
just wondering, does anyone have a way of getting rid of that crappy yellow dull on headlights?
saw a repair kit for $30 while i was out today but not sure if any of that stuff works?

get some 1000 or 2000 wet & dry sandpaper, and go over it a few times. if its taking a while, go down a grade.

once its cleared up, use some cut & polish, and it'll be clear again

I tried cut and polish before I was going to head out and buy some sand paper and after a few goes with the cut and polish it came up a treat!

they may need to be broken open and cleaned+polished inside if they are real bad
if the exterior polish isnt enough thats whats gotta be done to clean em

just remember when sanding this plastic lens cover, do not use the paper dry it must be used in a wet state [ soapy water ] and plenty of it . start with 1500 wet and dry then go to 2000 wet and dry paper [ plenty of water ] and the dishwashing soap helps well. finish off with a fine car polish and a very soft cloth.

1.get buffer
2. hit with gumption or wet+dry
3. cut 2 agressive polish
4. cut 1 filler&polish
5. plastic protectant spray/cream

brought my tail lights back from the dead, and i'd say it gives a damn good shine if u put the effort in
