Rear struts and springs swap straight over. Front struts are different though I'm pretty sure the CE spring will go onto the CC strut though I have only eye balled it, haven't swaped them over.
 
CE font n rear springs will fit CC GL/GLXi,

CE front and rear shocks will also fit, but u will need to use the CC front top hats
