Will CE Shocks fit?

The shocks in the CH are going, and I don't want to buy coilovers/new struts for it... But I have the KYB AGX's from the CE sitting here because I'm putting BC Gold into the CE instead.

Will the shocks fit? what modification would I need to do to make em fit?
 
the top will bolt up but the bottom of the shock is smaller then the knuckle so wont fit. as for the rear im not sure

So it doesn't fill out the knuckle? eg it'll move back and forth on the bolt? Could a piece of metal either side be made to work to allow full bolt up? (I don't plan on going over pits, nor will the cops be able to see it)
 
the ce one is smaller then the ch, could fit ch onto ce with a spacer but not ch to ce

You said no to fitting with a spacer. I'm putting CE struts on the CH not the other way round...
