I cannot find any online wheel stores which actually sell any deep dish 16" rims for 4x100... if any 16" at all.
Just wondering where the best places to look would be? Going door knocking is pretty much a no go.
Price range is like 1200 with tyres included.

a good selection out there is tempe tyres
they have some pretty good package deals, and they ship just about anywhere

I oredered my wheels fron the usa, thw website had an ebay store that was $200 cheaper then the website for some reason, so ebay sellers/stores are a good place to look

16's are also not quite as common as 17's and 15's, dont get too set on size,cos chances are the rim design you like may not come in 16"

Hit up usa ebay exactly as mentioned couple of hundred bucks cheaper and bigger range. Just type 4x100 in the search box.
