Sanded my budget rims, always sanding my budget rims, preparation is key gents.

fixed up badly cracked mesh grille ... putty, hot glue > sand down > primer > acrylic paint > clear coat = Like New

Hey Guys
I have a 2006 CH Wagon. ES Model (Basic trim but with the 2.4 MIVEC)

Found a VRX at the cheap wreckers today.
Got a factory VRX Strut brace for $20 and a VRX Leather Airbag steering wheel in good cond for $45.
Think thats about $25 Aus $ total

Strut brace on already, but will take a while modifying Gearchange buttons on VRX wheel to work Cruise control on my car.
Next Project!

Fixed fog light cable which was starting to go *poo*ty.

Kinda an understatement - was thrashing the *poo* out of my 1.8 and not really keeping up even on the straights.

Just put newspaper on the glass and on the bonnet then spray everything

Grabbed a leather steering wheel from the 2004 VRX wreck last weekend.
It was an auto so it has the paddle shifters on the wheel.
Rewired today for the 4 switches to work my cruise control.
Success!!!
In and on and wiring is sound.

Very happy,especially as theres a 6 hr drive coming up this weekend

The mods just keep on comin!
