Twin exhaust standard bumper. Cut away section on other side to fit second outlet shape to match to opposite side, if necessary get underneath of cut away section fabricated by the same method used to repair bumpers and other plastic panels, retains original high quality. Would this be cost effective?
Rather than getting the whole bumper repainted. Paint over the bottom area black to represent a diffuser or get a diffuser that fits over the top.

Could be a marketable change over business here!!!

Exhaust shops will do this for you provided a twin setup can fit, they did it for me on my Prelude. They just cut away the other side of the bumper to match, no need to paint anything.

I don't want to be rude, bit not sure why you would.
Single exit flows better, only reason I could think to go dual would be for noise reasons, other than looks.

Pretty sure the Ra lancer and the evo x have dual exit exhausts and bumpers to match.
Could just swap bumpers with one of them.

Bumpers from Evo X don't fit, dunno about RA. If you decrease the piping from 2.5" to 2.25" where it splits your flow should be virtually the same. The noise however is baller as farkķkk

RA bars do bolt up - but good luck finding one cheapish. Everyone with a stock CJ wants a RA Bonnet/Rear bar for that exact reason.
