The list I put up on Friday is what I have recieved, I will update it tomorrow or Tuesday with whatever has then also come in.
As for minimum volume, that is something we can't comment on until we start looking for suppliers and getting pricing. Screen printing though typically needs volume for it to be economical and every-time I've asked about pricing you get the standard response of how many do you need (they dont seem to really like telling your their pricing tier structures upfront). hence why I need people to commit financially so we can get a proper idea of numbers....
