rocker cover looking good man... quick question, how did u manage to drill the holes for the master cylinder/ clutch resivior nd howd u get it in the middle lol ? doing a little project myself also did u have to bypass the inhibitor switch or anything ??

Just remember to brace the firewall when you do the manual conversion, here is a template we used for a few lancers we did, the standard clutch pedal design is hopeless, its only supported by 2 sides and it twists which results in a a cracked firewall, so this is a fix we come up with

Otherwise this is what happens lol

This is how the standard cc lancer clutch is set up, u can just imagine how much twistin it will do when clutch pedal is pressed

The 1 below is broken from too much twisting

i have a template of one cut from a ce lancer as for the pics above im not to sure why they get cracks or if there's a difference between cc and ce but my fire wall is reinforced from the factory

So are ours but still manage to crack them there, maybe is coz of the heavy clutches we use or from racing lol

How was urs reinforced if it was an auto??

BTW keep up the good work, love to see the colour once completed and in the sunlight

mine had a plate behind the fire wall wear the peddle bolts in and there is a bolt that goes in the top of the peddle box ill get pics tomoz to show you

take a pic of the clutch pedal too, also when u bolt the clutch pedal and master on, see if the firewall moves/flexs when u press in the clutch, mine moved about 5mm forward before i reinforced it with thicker plate lol

nah i used a manual loom and ecu every thing plugged straight up took about 4 hours to do the whole conversion
