m21 to CC lancer conversion

Update: Interior is 70% out, just got the dash and loom left, need to get a timing belt kit and water pump before I drop the engine in.

When goin efi from carby there's a bit of welding also needed and cutting out bit of the firewall for the hydraulic clutch master, you need to drill out spot welds from the m21 where the clutch pedal is as the GL doesn't have any supports for it, same with some parts of the dash
