Lighter and horn not working

Hey guys i have a ce gli lancer coupe my lighter and horn dont work in it i bought it like this but any ideas ?
 
-If you've removed your stereo surround bit lately, that will be why.
There's two plugs on the back of the cig lighter; when removing the surround, it often catches on the frame bit of the dash and gets pulled out. Simply plug it back in, and it should work.

-It could also be a fuse issue (horn and cig). Check the appropriate fuse locations, and change them if theyre blown. If they blow again instantly, there is a shortcircuit in the system.

-Dunno at all about the heater
 
my system just got done 2 weeks ago but it still wasnt working before that ill check the fuses again and see what happens thanks :)

No problem. I should have said, the two plugs are tiny power cables, and are in a sort of awkward position.
Hopefully its just a fuse, rather then an electrical gremlin.

yeap, theyre wires with plugs on the end, female spade connectors. There are males prongs on the actual cig lighter unit i believe
