Is there a way to change the front headlights from a ce coupe onto a ce sedan.

No. Not at all.
Edit, that's a lie but you literally will have to change the whole front end of your car with a lot of panel work which would cost you 100x more then just finding some sedan ones second hand.

Ah okay cheers I'm going from a coupe to a sedan soon
It’s a *poo* ton of work, I hope you’re good at unpicking welds and rewelding.
Coupe rad support needs to be unpicked and removed.
Sedan rad support welded in its place.
Need sedan front quarter guards, bonnet, bumper, grill and lights.
Only problem you’ll have is the lines aren’t perfect at the front of the door to the back of the front quarter panel. I'll look a little out of place.
Here’s and example of a good one done.
