Dash swap with pwer windows

I have just done another dash swap with power windows and now the indicator do not work have looked at the flasher unit under dash and the hazzard light - any other ideas
 
Has something matbe happened to the indicator stalk? do the headlights still work?
 
I would say maybe you didn't put the indicator/wiper stalk conjunction behind the steering wheel back on properly. It needs to be lined up on the correct spot or they won't work or turn off when you turn back straight. Happen to me.
 
hey guys thank you for your ideas have now fixed the problem we had a damaged power wire on the hazard light wireloom... (rolls eyes)

was frustrating trying to figure it out spent nearly 2 ours to find it...
