Ce Lancer - Converting to EVO instrument cluster

so i have the same question i have a 2002 ce lancer in need of new cluster as the old one is dead can i put an evo 6 cluster in it and have no troubles with it i have here the model of the dash cluster taken straight of the back it's a yazaki meter (769922-711) if that's even helpful i'm relativity new to doing all this stuff my self any help will be greatly appreciated

nope, its completely compatible as far as i know, everythign works 100%
screws right in and tacho and speedo and temp and fuel work fine, seen other people with them in

you dont need the ecu for the gauge cluster to work

depends. do you have a tacho now? if you do then it will just swap straight over with the evo one. If you don't then the tacho probably won't work unless you separately wire it up
