CB Lancer

HI, Looking for some help on a CB Lancer (1992). Trying to remove the steering wheel to access the horn button.
Horn is not working. I have live wires to the horn, it works when connected to the battery, so the only other area to check (i think), is the steering wheel.

there will either be a single screw behind the horn or the horn pad will pull of exposing the mechanism
