bling bling, its the little things
One thing id do if i owned a CJ would be take the long plastic strips off the door and dash and 3M wrap them in a brushed aluminium look.
I may not be a mechanical guru, but interior trimming is where I have loads of fun

Will remove plastic strips in due course. Considering painting them, rather than covering them, may be red, or car colour, silver or consider getting them chromed.
Will use some from wreckers and keep mine original . Just in case!
Brightened up the interior of my CJ. ES Sport.
Solid Chrome 9mm pin striping tape along the top beveled part of the silver trim strip on the dash and front doors. Certainly added some sparkle and brightened the interior but not entirely happy with it. Will do for the time being .
That upmarket look died in like 2005. Manufacturers are moving for highlights rather than long strips on the car. Have a look at all the newer model euro cars, they're all painted with black plastic inserts made to look like glass. Continuing lines everywhere. Etc
H Here's the new picture anyway.Have replaced 9mm pinstriping with 10mm Bodyline wheel arch moulding from SuperCheap $20.75c Made big difference to finish. Now looks and feels like it always was there! Really happy with the result.
Haven't bothered with new picture as picture wise it looks much the same as the one that is here already, the imperfections with the pinstripe don't show up on the picture.
Next. Considering 15mm chrome moulding along full length of car on either side, along ridge from top of tail light to top of headlights. Bit of external Bling. give the car an upmarket look!!!??
I may be wrong but I have a feeling, we will be seeing a lot more chrome on cars in the near future.
