Bluetooth for MY09 VRX

Okay so i have a MY09 VRX and it has bluetooth i was asked today about the music on my iphone to play thru the bluetooth in my car yet i didnt think it could??
I then showed how i play the music hooking up the cables then holding down the cd button.

how do i stream thru the bluetooth or is it only available on the MY11 and up model?

if it is possible to play thru bluetooth, pair it with your iphone then when you play a song a button next to the play/pause/previous/next buttons should appear, hit it and the option to play thru the bluetooth should appear.
my headunit has bluetooth but im not able to play music thru it, so yours might or might not

Your phone will need to support the A2DP Bluetooth profile to do this.

Pretty sure your Lancer doesn't support it, only hands-free calling over bluetooth.

Yeah Ryan thats what i thought, as my mate was showing me in his MY11 VRX that you press the cd button and it changes to usb then bluetooth and so on....
