It would be setup cost + printing cost for each shirt like that, so like $80 a shirt.
Screen printing is good for doing multiple runs as you need to create a screen (template) for each pattern, you can just change patterns without making a whole new screen.
Embroidering is good for custom, because the machines are more or less setup for everything, and it just embroiders whatever pattern you put on the computer.
All embroidery = Custom plates/nicknames etc, for little cost, looks semi balls.
All screen = standard styling, all the same, maybe different colours, cheap OR, custom styling, large price.
