Aftermarket bumper for CE Lancer?

Hi all, this is my first post here so I'm not quite sure where each topic/discussion should go...either way, I've been looking at some photos on Pinterest for inspiration and came across a couple of lancers with this bumper (see below). I've asked around and heard it could be from a Galant, however I haven't found anything that says a Galant bumper would fit into my lancer (or found any Galant bumpers for that matter). Anyone have any ideas on where I can find this bumper? Thanks :)

I am unsure where else these exist but I know these are front bars that are factory on Peurto Rican Mitsubishi Technicas (There landed CE1 Lancers), it's to suit their laws for pedestrian safety most likely.

USDM 5th gen mirage sedan bumper.

(in the US they call them mirages up till the CH which is a Oz Ralliart Lancer over there)
 
Well if your willing to find someone who will ship it and then pay for the cost of it haha.
