It is a real shame because it seems he does his work well, and knows these cars very well as well, but has some defining flaws in his nature. I think if he was more organized he could have potentially affected the modifying scene of Lancers/Mirages

RPW would be also worth an ask for sure, another good mob

RPW are good, know their *poo*, will get them to tune the CH when it's ready, but are generally a tad overpriced.

I'm not going into the whole Luie debate again. And this was agreed upon that the name and shame game isn't at home on AusLancer... by all means you can say "Mr. X did a good job on my car!" in your ride thread. But also remember that HensPerformance is our sponsor who helps keep our forum alive, in which LLT is a competitor of which... So just in the future let's avoid this type topic... I'll leave this one though for now.

To be honest RPW has their fair share of horror stories too.
Though I think every workshop makes mistakes, and possibly it only takes a single disgruntled customer to perpetuate a rumor over the internet that spreads and becomes "fact"

It's a fact of life for most businesses, you'll never please everybody.

We did a customer relations course at work a few months ago.
Apparently every wronged customer will till 10 or more people about it, where as every happy customer only tells 1-5
People like to share bad news more than they do good because it incites a more raw emotion.
It's human nature.
