no fuel

Evening all. Newbie here. So having a go at fixing up a ch auto. No fuel issue. New pump in. Still no fuel. Have tested relays and fuses-all seem fine. Relay one working as getting power to relay 2 Pole 1&3. Pole 4 on relay 2 which earth out through ecu (c122 - purple) is doing just that when...
