tail lights

im gettin some new tail lights for my car and i was wondering is there any tips on installing them

its pretty easy, there are 3 screw clips on the fabric in the boot behind them, then 3 nuts

make sure u put the bulbs in the right bits on the new ones :thumbup:

yep, piss easy swapping them out, takes 10 min, just make sure you get the correct one for your car (kinked or non kinked)

This is the altezza that I think nice. so what do you prefer jc558?

those ones aren't bad, its the typical clear ones that look *poo*(in my opinion).

yeh those look decent - i dont like the reflective chrome inlay they use on the other variant caus SO many lancers have em but those look fine ...or u could go 1 set again n get the LED tail lights like i did!

kinked are the ones for CE2 and CE3 which is not flat.
pictures: the one above (as you can see there is a little bend area near the beside the red light

non-kinked are for CE1 which is flat

as you can see this one on ebay is for CE1 and it is flat, no bend

btw guys, do you think a silver lancer will suit those dark taillights that I posted? I'm planning to buy it in the next few days

check the internet for pics.. you are likely to find some images with those coloured lights on your colour of vehicle...

I did exactly the same thing to see how mine would look with smoked tails, versus the clear...

It assisted me to make the right choice for me.

I've done all the research and found a lot of smoked tail lights on a silver lancer but none of them are using this dark altezza's. Smoked ones look normal on a silver lancer (not awesome, just normal). Guess I'll just have to buy it and put it on and be the first person to post it on the internet for other's reference?
