Sway bars and strut braces

Does anyone know where I can pick up some good quality adjustable sway bars and strut braces for a 2.0L CS lancer ? Iv been told there a great relatively cheap mod

Strut bar kits from ebay US are pretty cheap so have a look round there.
I only know about CE lancers but an adjustable rear sway bar is an excellent mod id go as far as saying the best bang for buck mod you can do on a CE stops the rear end being so floaty and handling like a boat mine runs on the middle setting and it handles flat as in the corners. All in all an excellent mod.
I wouldn't worry about the front one as your better off with a stiffer bar on the back then front on a fwd car .

Depends on the brand most of the time. Cusco and Whiteline are good. If you can find that brand on eBay, go for it. But as stated before, there's kits from the US on eBay that go real nice

You can pay for the highend but its prob a bit of a waste tbh . Where only using em for street cars and I've never heard of anyone saying the cheaper ones are presenting any problems.
Just have a look through and find some that look ok and are in what ever price range your aiming at and go from there .

This is the place if your a lancer/mirage fan for sure. The good thing about it is between everyone here most all parts, setups and styles have been tried and tested so you can always ask around and save your self a lot of time and money by ppl telling you what's worked and hasn't worked for them.
Look around and check out all the different styles and setups and see what you like nd go from there, just remember its your car so do what you like to it, you may even come up with a style that no ones done before and start your own .thing.
My personal tip is plan what you wanna do and do it right the first time. No matter what way you go if you stick with that rule you'll have a well built car in the end.

if you find an adjustable rear sway bar let me know, if not go the 18mm whiteline, get the ultra racing front strut brace imo

No worries , do you know what the stock one is ? I was trying to check it out this morning but have no jack stands yet and don't trust my scissor jack , and there's no way i can fit under the car without lifting it, it was on king springs when I bought it :)

To my knowledge, you shouldn't have one at all if your car is stock.

I have a ch mivec. They came standard with a rear swaybar. I doubt your car has one. Same deal with strut braces. If it does have a rear swaybar, mine is 15mm

there was a changeover year where the rear sway bar came standard I think, I have one as well, not very good but better than nothing, only good thing about it is the end-links will be there now for the new one/

Do you no what year that was ? Mines an 05

very easy to check if you have one - have a look underneath your car from the back. The sway bar is a metal rod extending the width of the car (left to right); it's super easy to spot. It bends forward (towards the front of the car) close to the wheels. I'll try get a photo.

i'm fairly sure it came about with the mivec 2.4 engine as standard. so my06.
you can still get a sway bar for the previous model, I just think you need to buy endlinks as well.

O ok :) I'll have to have a propper look, I don't think I have noticed one , but im tall and my car is really low I'll check it out in daylight tomorow
