Removing engine!! 4G93 - 4G94

Hey people, Can I remove a 4g93 from a ce coupe without removing the auto trans or is it best to take the lot out as one? I am swapping to a 94. Will the auto bolt up? What else can I expect to change? Any advise is greatly appreciated.
