Looks similar to the RRM Intake I had in the past. The shielding was a bit different but it is basically a hot air intake. It will sound better but you will lose performance and in many states you may cop a defect for it.
My advice, get a K&N panel filter (order from the US via Amazon) and get the Ralliart intake duct. Then cut away the plastic shielding above the radiator to make a bigger opening for the air. Otherwise, keep it stock.
Lovells or Kings will be fine. Personally King springs have dicked around a bit with the design of the rear springs for the CJ so I have no idea how it will sit, but from what I saw in the past it will give a slight nose down stance. No idea on Lovells but personally if I were to get a set of springs then I would choose Lovells and give them a go. As for stiff-ness that is subjective. The struts in the ES/VR/RX/etc are pretty soft and won't control the new springs as well handling wise. The VRX struts on the other hand are harder and will control the springs better but gives a harsh ride (depending on tyre profile and what you personally like in a cars ride).
