dang'namit, 7k is a HUGE budget
u can easily get BC red coilovers, an evo3 brake upgrade, 4g93 conversion and intake, extractors, strutbarces and body kit with all that
AND STILL have dosh left to turbo it when u get off P's
basically with 7k, u can build up a beast of a powerhorse, i would suggest saving atleast 4.5k for when u get off p's to turbo the car if ur lookign at going that way, then the rest build up ur suspensiona nd braking and a bit of extra power in mean time

Ok man, theres a few things you can do for cheap, and a few that will cost you.
First off, you needa figure out some colors..
I suggest working with what you have and adding in maybe 1 or 2.
The centre console, the main parts where you aircon fits in and all that and where your handbreak is? Pull all that out.
Get yourself some 'bumber black' from any auto store, used to restore old faded bumpers..
Follow instructions and blacken up that grey...
Next, get some plastic primer and some spray paint, you choose color, pull some trim, spray some primer and get some color happening.
Next you wanna buy a dash mat, covers ugly grey AND you can get some custom shiz done.
Next is floor mats, seat covers or seat re-trim if your game.
Get some engine degreaser and some high heat pain, clean your engine and wheel wells, spray your engine protector and your break calipers.
Get some new rims if you dont like the ones you have.
You have clear tail lights, next is side indicators, orange is ugly no matter where it is.
Is your sound system good? no? get a new one, install it, look for custom fitted sub box, dont want it sliding around ever time you go hard on a corner.
P Plater, so we wont get into modding engine stuff.
windcreen wiper blades... color them, *poo*s and giggles...
You got a wing, thats nice.
Get a body kit and get it fitted and painted.
What I'm doing here man is telling you all the gawd damn mods you can do to make this thing look beast...
It will cost you time and money, but the possibilities are endless, its your car...
I suggest you look at what I said, then look at other peoples cars, see if you like what they have done, come back here, ask how and do it to yours.

wtf u have 7k and a lancer thats over 10 gran go buy something else ..unless your heeps keen on lancers if so more power to ya ,ask questions before you go buying things and do it right ..
