Jerky 1st gear

Can someone explain to me what are the probable causes the 1st gear is jerky and what can be done. Thanks.
 
Give us a bit more info to work with man, have you got an auto or manual, when was the last service it had and what was done, does it happen when cold or hot, low rpm or high rpm and has it always done it or did it just start the other day?

Does it at all sound like this? 2.4L Jerky-ness

ehhhh I have the exact same thing its just getting used to the biting point since its a bit tricky
