When was the last time you had the tappet's adjusted mate??? How many k's has it done, prob needs the injectors serviced for starter's. Honestly you have a 1.5 that was designed for pure economy not power or pulling heavy weight around. So maybe try the injectors and tappet adjustment first, then start removing as much removable weight as pos to try and pin point the problem's
